Parking
Looking for a place to park? Here are the rules you need to follow:
Rochester’s municipal parking program provides over 4,600 spaces in the downtown. This includes 5 parking ramps, 7 surface lots and on-street metered parking.
Parking meters in downtown Rochester are color-coded according to the amount of time you can park before moving your vehicle: yellow, 30 minutes; gray, 90 minutes; blue, 3 hours; green, 10 hours.
Public Transit
City Bus
Public bus service is provided by Rochester City Lines. Monday through Saturday routes begin between 5 and 6 a.m. at the intersection
Specialized Transportation
R & S Transport Inc.
RST provides transportation for individuals with special needs or disabilities. The vans are equipped for a maximum of two occupants with wheelchairs.

Zumbro Independent Passenger Service
ZIPS offers a door-to-door transportation system for people who cannot use Rochester City Lines bus service due to a disability. All ZIPS vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
